Before going out for Date Night tonight, I sat with Nate on the sofa. He brought me one of his Magna Doodle drawing boards (he calls it a "computer") and asked me to draw with him. We started out making a "solid, thick brick wall" as in "The Monster at the End of this Book." That quickly changed into a picture of us walking Harley. Then we took turns adding suns and clouds and hats and a sidewalk, erasing some parts and doing it again. Wouldn't it be nice if we could forget all the world's troubles and have these moments last forever?
